    Loice is a Principal Education Officer in the Department of Policy and East African Community, Ministry of Education. She is a holder of a Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum Development from Egerton University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management from KEMI. Loice is the Ministry of Education’s focal point for the UNESCO/GoK STEM programme and is responsible for coordinating all STEM activities at the Ministry.
